Winemaker Notes

Biodynamic philosophy, indigenous yeasts, 16 months in new French oak and 4 months in the bottle,
35-year-old vines, and only around 4000 bottles produced.

The Story

“Arshura”, born in 2000: a magic word reminding of an atavistic thirst, like Valter’s family passion. This wine is produced from a single variety of “montepulciano” grapes, in one of the most dedicated wine areas in Marche, in the heart of Italy, on the gentle hills of Picenoshire, 300 meters above sea level in clay and alluvial soil, the sea can be glimpsed on the horizon.
