Roscioli is world famous for their excellence in artisan wine and gastronomy selections. We manage a wine list of over 60,000 bottles, and have all the insider knowledge on the small producers that aren't even known abroad. We work tirelessly to find winemakers doing something exceptional that you can only sometimes find with the insider knowledge that Roscioli has.

Our members find that our Italian wine club is almost like a wine school, but one that isn't about studying and memorizing irrelevant and overly technical information which will only bore their friends.

We believe that there is no need for snobbishness in wine, and that "everyone can be a sommelier", so we give you all the tools to help you feel confident when speaking about wine.

In fact, our goal is for you to drink less, but to drink better - by better we mean with more appreciation and enjoyment, not by spending more.

We have been successfully shipping to the US and abroad for over 15 years, and our shipper is licensed in ALL 50 US states to ship wine, including Pennsylvania, Illinois, Alabama, and even Utah!

Shipping will usually take 3-4 weeks by plane but please consider some deliveries may take longer than normal due to events and circumstances out of our control.

CAN I JOIN AFTER YOUR STANDARD BILLING DATES?

If you join after our standard billing dates, you will be charged the day you sign up for the first payment and then automatically days after for the second payment so we can ship all 12 wines right away to you.

SUMMER SIGN UPS

You can sign up anytime but we do not ship wine in the hot summer months.  If you join from June to August, your first payment will apply towards the August 15th payment and then you'll see your second billing on Sept 15th.

PAYMENT - INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

Please be aware that transactions are processed in Rome and you may need to call your bank to alert them of the international charge for it to go through.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Super important to us.  Even though we may be far away, we always try to answer an email within 24 hours and we are always available via Whatsapp at +393913658774 for anything urgent.  You can always count on prompt, professional customer service.  Lindsay is American and everyone who works with us speaks proper English should you ever need to contact us.

This is a big question from our members. Know that ALL wines have naturally occurring sulfites (about 25 ppm) and laws require you to say 'Contains Sulfites' if there are over 10ppm, so all the bottles will say this.

We know that you like to relax with your wine, so it would defeat the purpose to wake with a hangover. So, all our wines will have NO ADDED sulfites or minimal added.

In general, Italian wines are MUCH lower in sulfites than New World wines, and supermarket wines can have up to 300 ppm!! And New World wines can have up to 74 approved additives, so it could even be something else in the wine that gives you headaches.

If you are worried about headaches, try Italian wines before you swear off wine completely.  Many of our members say this changed their life!

Yes, we are aware.  Actually, it is more difficult to ship domestically from state to state due to these laws, compared with international shipping.  Our shipper is licensed to ship to ALL 50 US states (including Utah, Pennsylvania and Alabama) and Italian wine delivery to the USA has never been easier.  There will never be any taxes or duties to be paid to the EU or USA.

In some cases, deliveries can take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping/custom backlogs.

There are 2 shipments (Spring and Fall) of 12 wines per shipment, meaning 24 bottles per year (for recurring members).

Please know that you are never committed to more than a single payment. If you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel, no questions asked, anytime.

Not enough wine? You can sign up for a double or triple shipment by selecting QTY 2 or 3 and receive a volume discount.

We are not Amazon. Being international means that getting you these wines takes time - but we promise the best things are worth waiting for.

BILLING: We process TWO payments per shipment, meaning billing happens 4 times per year. You will pay the day you sign up and then fall into our automatic schedule for the next billing date. If you sign up after March 15 or September 15, we will reach out to you to pay the second installment sooner in order to send all of your wines.

Spring Shipment:  February 15th and March 15th billing (wine arrives around late-April/early May*)

Fall Shipment:  August 15th and September 15th billing (wine arrives in November depending but depends on US and EU for when)

*Arrival times can vary by a week based on location and potential delays in customs. Customs delays are unlikely but can happen, and unfortunately are out of our control.

Typically our standard assortment will include 4 white (which could be sparkling, white, or even an orange or rose wine) and 8 reds. Unfortunately we are not able to make substitutions, but we do offer Reds Only as well.  For other unique requests, please contact us.

First of all, we're pretty confident you'll LOVE the wines - they're delicious, and SO much better than most of what is available abroad.

Corked wine is quite rare (less than 1%) but if you have any problems, please let us know immediately and we will discuss replacement or reimbursement options.  

Try to remember that we often like what is familiar to us, and some of these wines may be new flavors for your palate. Get lost in the aesthetic beauty of discovering and being provoked by new flavors. Don't forget that Italian wines are food wines, so pair them to enjoy them!

No worries, you can cancel anytime. You are never stuck in contracts with us because we know from previous experience that our members are happy.

We do kindly require that you let us know 1 month before the next installment cycle via an email if you wish to pause or cancel your membership, as your wines are ordered months in advance of shipping.  And of course, we'll be sorry to see you go.
