The territory of Abruzzo, mainly hilly and mountainous, the presence of a great number of valleys, many of them set at a short distance from the sea, make Abruzzo a region naturally suited for wine production. There are countless examples of habitats characterized by ideal microclimates for the cultivation of vine, where the three queen varieties have found the ideal conditions for their growth in Abruzzo.
