In Winemakers & Vineyards by Roscioli Italian Wine ClubLeave a Comment

Second episode set in the Vulture area. This time we will meet Luigi Lovisco, a dairy producer from Melfi. Luigi is the repository of anecdotes and ancient knowledge: from an early age his activity was divided between the transhumance of his Podolica breed cows and the production of artisan cheeses among which the infamous Caciocavallo Podolico stands out. In the second part Giulio Francesco Bagnale will tell us the story of the Arteteke winery where wine is only one of the components of a much wider social project.
