Winemaker Notes

This is a single-vineyard Prosecco obtained with the tank method, aka Charmat method. It spends 4 months on the lees with an extra brut dosage.


The Story

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Brut "Particella 232" of Sorelle Bronca winery is part of a selection project of the best vineyards of the estate, vinified and bottled individually, to enhance the character of Valdobbiadene terroir.
It is a label that represents the spearhead of the winery, created to enhance the excellence of a single parcel. Precisely because of the excellent quality of the grapes and their rich aromatic profile, it is released in Extra Brut preserving the purity of the base wine.
