Alice Bonaccorsi welcomes us to her winery in Crocemonaci county, on the slopes of Etna. She considers her old vines as "beautiful ladies" and her mission is to take care of them in respect of their times and their natural features. The majestic silhouette of Etna that dominates the area is not a monster to be afraid of but it's a female divinity that protects people and gives new fertile land to cultivate with its flows, year after year. The fact of being a "woman of wine" initially put a strain on her but today, thanks to her determination, it has become an added value.
