Marco Falcone was born in Calabria, he studied medicine in Rome and became an Infectious Disease Specialist and finally decided to give up everything to devote himself to viticulture in the Cesanese del Piglio area - paradoxically, farming biodynamically. The production is devoted to respect for the environment and the natural cycles of the vineyard with the use of Georgian amphorae to refine the wine. In this interesting chat he reveals his vision regarding the effects of the pandemic, the biological affinities between man and vine and the use of science in viticulture, always keeping in mind how important it is not to try to "vegetalize" man and not to "anthropize" the vine.
