Star anise, Rose petals, Coriander seeds, Mace, Ginger root

1.6 Oz (50 ml) Red Bitter
1.6 Oz (50 ml) Vermouth delle Eolie
Mix all the ingredients and serve on ice with some orange peel.
Winemaker Notes
This Vermouth is build on a base of 100% Malvasia. Its soft, enveloping sweetness meets the elegant bitterness of gentian root and cinchona, the warm spice of juniper, ginger and cubeb pepper, and the citrus freshness of bitter orange peel.
The result is an intense, deep, and Mediterranean vermouth, perfect to enjoy on its own or mixed in a cocktail.
Story
Collettivo Botanico is an independent liquor company focused on vermouths, bitters and herbal liqueurs made from natural ingredients. The project was born from a network of farmers, winemakers and artisans, with the idea of building a bridge between the culture of wine and the world of botanical spirits.
