Winemaker Notes
Ceraso is an aromatized wine that celebrates the intense character of visciola, a wild sour cherry variety known for its tart and enveloping flavor.
Its recipe combines red wine with both the leaves and fruit of the visciolo tree, giving the wine a distinctive depth. The infusion of fresh lemon peels adds brightness and freshness to the aromatic profile, balancing the soft and velvety structure of the wine.
Deep red in color and rich in fruit aromas, Ceraso can be enjoyed chilled on its own or used as a base for cocktails.
Story
Collettivo Botanico is an independent liquor company focused on vermouths, bitters and herbal liqueurs made from natural ingredients. The project was born from a network of farmers, winemakers and artisans, with the idea of building a bridge between the culture of wine and the world of botanical spirits.
The products are based on wine, herbs, roots and citrus peels, combined through slow macerations and simple, transparent processes. Whenever possible, they work with small agricultural realities that share the same attention to land, biodiversity and quality.
