Vinified in steel tanks: after a maceration of 7 days, then wine is aged 5 months before being bottled.
The Story
A “territorial Valpolicella red”, in which Corvina and Corvinone lead the blend followed by small percentages of Rondinella and Molinara to complete the ode to the native vines that we can taste at every sip of this label. An easy drinking bottle, in which each element is perfectly balanced in the general context.
