The vineyards, in organic conversion since 2021, are conducted without the use of synthetic chemistry (Copper and Sulfur), the musts do not undergo any correction and are fermented with the use of indigenous yeasts only. The wines are not filtered and do not undergo any clarification operation, keeping all their organoleptic properties unaltered. Only 2000 bottles produced
Colombo Sormani winery was founded by Lorenzo Colombo and Andrea Sormani, two wine lovers with passion and Valtellina in their hearts. In 2019 they decided to buy some vineyards in Sassella, Castione Andevenno and Berbenno areas, thus the small winery today has about 1.5 hectares of property with a total annual production of about 7000 bottles.
