At Salsamenteria di Roberto Mangione I tasted a tearful tear of Fiano d’Avellino Az.vinicola Villa Diamante “Cuvée Enrico” 2000.
Artisan wine obtained from grapes harvested from the Congregation vineyard. Bottled after seven long years – the number 7 is sacred to Josko Gravner – seven long years of maturing in small oak barrels. The added value, the dryness and the nobility of the blood in the oxidation of a high Irpinia wine.
