A family of husband, wife and daughter show how they care for their vineyard throughout each of the seasons by illustrating their pruning techniques.
Collecapretta is a family-owned winery in Spoleto, with inherited vineyards of 80 years of age, that we made a recent visit to, to discuss with them how they chose to get into winemaking and some of the choices they make at their vineyard that makes the wine special to them.
