Cascina delle Rose winery is located in the municipality of Tre Stelle, a short distance from Alba. The winery has been owned by the Rizzolio family since the late 40s and counts 3.6 hectares for an annual production of about 20,000 bottles. The vineyards are located on particularly suitable soils composed of a very complex stratification of tuff and marl which give all the wines great aromas and elegance. The Nebbiolo from which Barbaresco is obtained is certainly the undisputed protagonist of the winery's production but also Barbera and Dolcetto are equally worthy of attention. For the refinements only large woods are used to enhance and not cover the peculiarities of the wines.
