Barbera 2017, Piero Busso

100% Barbera
Region: Neive PIEMONTE
Drinking Window: Ready now.
Pairings: Versatile food wine and great with pasta with meat sauce.
Winemaking Notes: 15-30 year old vines. Aging in large oak barrels, 8500 bottles produced. No chemical pesticides or herbacides and minimal impact on vineyard.

 
 

Barolo 2015, Roccheviberti


Grape:
100% Nebbiolo
Region: Castiglione Falletto PIEMONTE
Drinking Window: Best in a few years, drink by 2030+
Pairings: Great with roasts and game, steak, and any nice meal with good proteins and fats, even quality Parmigiano.
Winemaking Notes: 30 year old average for vines. 25 day macerations. Aged in 20-25hl French oak barrels for 2-3 years, then bottled for at least 12 months.

Archimede Riserva, Marabino


Grape:
100% Nero d'Avola
Region: Noto SICILIA
Drinking Window: Drink now or by 2025
Pairings: Ideal with red meats, game, stews and aged cheeses.
Winemaking Notes: Biodynamic farming. Limestone soil, south exposure. No added sulfites. 50 year old vines. Vinified in steel and matured at least thirty months before continuing a long aging in the bottle.

Chianti Classico 'Poggio ai Mori' Riserva 2013, San Donatino

100% Sangiovese
Region: Castellina in Chianti TOSCANA
Drinking Window: Drink now (ideal to wait a year) and before 2028.
Pairings: Great with cured meats, pork, and medium aged cheeses.
Winemaking Notes: Certified organic, only native yeasts and no temperature control. Aging in 30 hl oak barrels for 2 years, then 6 months in bottle.

Barbaresco 'Serraboella' 2015 Sori Paitin, Paitin

100% Nebbiolo
Region: Neive PIEMONTE
Drinking Window: Wait 2 years, drink by 2030+
Pairings: Ideal with prime rib, a bone-in steak, truffle dishes, quality aged Parmigiano, stews and rich dishes.
Winemaking Notes: Producing wine since 1796 - 5th generation. 40 day macerations, Franco-Limoso soil with fossil substrate, 24 months in Slavonian oak, working biodynamically with some massale selections.

Region: Boca LOMBARDIA
Drinking Window: Now through 2030, best with age.
Pairing Suggestions: Ideal with veal or pork.
Winemaking Notes: Organic and biodynamic, 16 months in used oak barrels then 7-10 months in bottle. 1800 bottles produced.
