Roberto Maestri has decided to devote himself to the native vines of the area with particular attention to the more traditional category of wines: refermented wines. We are in Montecchio d’Emilia, land of Malbo Gentile, Spergola, aromatic Malvasia di Candia and Lambrusco Salamino that Quarticello interprets by experimenting with different winemaking methods.
