The intense notes of the Tintilia grape go perfectly with the first courses seasoned with meat sauces, game, stewed white meat, aged cheeses, truffles, lamb, venison and dishes with a strong taste in general.

Tintilia Grapes have been cultivated on “Lame del Sorbo” vineyards area for the past 90 years at typical altitude of 650 meters above sea level. Soil is very rich in clay and limestone. Grapes are small and rich in anthocyanin with medium soft tannins. After hand-picking, destamming and gentle pressing, Tintilia grapes ferment spontaneously and age in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
Agricolavinica was established in 2007 with the aim of developing a full project for organic farming and eco-sustainable development of a territory whereas long time abandoned lands and vineyards with ancient documented vocation were suitable to produce excellent vegetables, fruit and wine. The whole property is certified organic and works with conservative cultivation techniques in order to preserve the ecosystem and only with the use of natural products.
