The cultivation land has a unique and extraordinary geological history: in fact, its character is the result of the volcanic eruptions that have occurred over the centuries. To fully understand the morphological complexity of the terrain, just think that Etna was formed more than half a million years ago and that the sciara (term of Arabic derivation), that is the lava that cools and solidifies along the path of the casting, thanks to the action of time and the work of man, makes the lands of the Etnean districts profoundly different from each other, and so does the wine that comes from those districts.
